Startups in the Republic of Moldova are experiencing accelerated growth, supported by local organizations and development partners such as the EU, through the EU4Innovation East project, as well as by the local infrastructure built in recent years for founders and innovation teams. A key player in this evolution is the Startup Moldova Foundation, whose mission is to accelerate the growth of the country’s startup and digital innovation ecosystem through mentorship, a favorable framework, access to essential services, and international exposure.
From March 30 to April 1, 2026, Ukraine’s technological ecosystem was prominently featured at the ChangeNOW Sustainable Innovation Summit in Paris. As one of the world’s largest platforms dedicated to sustainable development, the event hosted over 40,000 participants and 1,200 investors at the iconic Grand Palais. For the second consecutive year, the “Ukraine House” stand served as a central hub for Ukrainian green-tech, representing one of only three national stands at the summit. This presence underscored the resilience of Ukrainian innovators and the growing interest from global stakeholders in projects originating from the region.
What began as a self-guided therapeutic concept has since evolved into a data-driven platform operating at the intersection of psychology and organizational performance. As Selftalk expanded from Moldova to Romania, UK and US, the team identified a broader market need. Companies were not only concerned with individual wellbeing, but also with team dynamics, leadership clarity, and performance under pressure.
