Charles has more than 20 years of experience in public policies, regional development and international cooperation, including two long-term assignments in Eastern Europe as an advisor of a foreign government or as a diplomat. Before joining EU4Innovation East he was serving in the Transfer & Innovation Department of one of the largest French public research institute.

Cristina brings 9 years of experience in grant management, finance, and project coordination across HR and the private sector. She handles budgets, reporting, and compliance to ensure donor-funded programs are delivered effectively with clear communication among stakeholders.

Nejdeh has over 30 years of experience in strategic design, design thinking, branding, and entrepreneurship across three countries. Before joining EU4Innovation East, he spent six years as Assistant Director of EPIC at AUA, guiding Armenian startups and designing programs. He also teaches innovation and entrepreneurship.

She led Ukraine’s Export Office, supported economic reforms, and managed EU/US/CAN-funded projects in Ukraine and Tajikistan across public and private sectors.

Yannick Gaudin holds Master’s degrees from Sciences Po Lyon, Université Dauphine and Mines ParisTech. Since 2011, he has worked with ECLAC, the French Embassy, and the UN on economic and innovation policies in Latin America. In 2024, he joined Expertise France as Project Officer for EU4Innovation East.
