Before joining EU4Innovation East he was serving in the Transfer & Innovation Department of one of the largest French public research institute.
Cristina brings 9 years of experience in grant management, finance, and project coordination across HR and the private sector. She handles budgets, reporting, and compliance to ensure donor-funded programs are delivered effectively with clear communication among stakeholders.
With 10+ years of experience in international projects, public administration, and legal affairs, Ekaterine has supported EU-funded projects, providing administrative coordination, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Fluent in four languages, she has legal and administrative expertise in aviation, public service, and international relations.

He specializes in innovation, strategic planning, and internationalization. Fluent in six languages, he has worked with Expertise France for over eight years and is currently the Director of the EU4Innovation East Project.

She specializes in financial accounting and auditing, focusing on expenditure verification for EU-funded projects. As Project Assistant, she coordinates communication with stakeholders and enhances project efficiency. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration.
Nejdeh has over 30 years of experience in strategic design, design thinking, branding, and entrepreneurship across three countries. Before joining EU4Innovation East, he spent six years as Assistant Director of EPIC at AUA, guiding Armenian startups and designing programs. He also teaches innovation and entrepreneurship.
Nino Gulbiani is an experienced grants manager specializing in donor-funded programs. She ensures compliance, transparency, and impactful outcomes across the entire grant lifecycle – from proposal to reporting – making her a vital asset in successfully executing international
development projects.
With over 15 years of experience in communication, including 10 in communication for development, Olesea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an advocate for inclusive practices. She believes effective communication and innovation are essential for creating lasting, positive change.
Tamar is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with 15+ years of experience in projects development. She has built M&E systems, led evaluations and is a certified ILO evaluation manager. A member of professional networks in Georgia and Ukraine, she focuses on integrating quasi-experiments in evaluations.
Teona has 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing with international NGOs and private firms. She manages finances for large donor projects, ensures compliance, oversees teams, and supports procurement and administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance.
Tanya has has 20 years of experience in multinationals, nonprofits and government projects including Coca-Cola, OSCE, UNICEF, Visa, USAID and GIZ. She led Ukraine’s Export Office, supported economic reforms, and managed EU/US/CAN-funded projects in Ukraine and Tajikistan across public and private sectors.
Yannick Gaudin holds Master’s degrees from Sciences Po Lyon, Université Dauphine and Mines ParisTech. Since 2011, he has worked with ECLAC, the French Embassy, and the UN on economic and innovation policies in Latin America. In 2024, he joined Expertise France as Project Officer for EU4Innovation East.
