Vector Academy was founded in response to a challenge familiar to many young professionals in Moldova: access to education that delivers practical, job-ready skills. The idea took shape in 2024, when founder Dumitru Vlah returned home as a student and encountered a clear disconnect between academic knowledge and labor market needs.
