Dreamable: From Idea to First Pitch in Two Months
Over the course of two months, selected participants worked closely with eight resident mentors and took part in eight live sessions with experts across key startup development areas — from problem identification and idea generation, to product development and MVP prototyping, customer development, branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Through these modules, participants learned how to structure their ideas, define a clear value proposition, and transform real-world problems into scalable and innovative solutions.
Starship Bootcamp: Idea Validation and Prototype Development in Three Days of Intensive Learning

Starship Bootcamp unfolded over three intensive days, during which participants worked hands-on alongside mentors and experts from the startup ecosystem.
-
Day 1 focused on product thinking and idea validation, featuring workshops on product mindset and sales, followed by personalised mentoring sessions.

Expanding the Startup Ecosystem Beyond the Capital
Opening the programme to regional participants was a key feature of this edition. Highlighting the importance of supporting young people outside the capital and expanding the startup ecosystem at regional level, Nicolae Mocanu, Administrator of Inotek, stated:
“I am very pleased that we are also contributing at the regional level — in Cahul, Cantemir, Leova, and Taraclia — to supporting young people in the field of technological and innovative startups. This is a new sector for us, but we did not hesitate for a second once we saw and analysed this programme.”
Charles Mathiaux, Project Deputy Director, EU4Innovation East, added:
“Startups are, above all, about ideas — new ideas. If we want to maximise the number of startups, we need to generate as many ideas as possible. That means expanding the talent base. This is why it is essential to encourage younger generations as early as possible, enabling them to enter this ecosystem and become potential startup founders.”
